Are there any setup fees before the monthly plan starts?
A one-time onboarding fee may apply if your previous books need to be reconciled or reconstructed before we begin monthly work. This is quoted separately after reviewing your existing records, so there are no surprise charges once your plan is active.
Can I switch plans if my business grows?
Yes. Many clients start on the Starter or Professional plan and move up as transaction volume, payroll needs, or reporting requirements increase. We adjust your monthly fee at the start of the following billing cycle, with no penalty for switching.
What tax filings are included in each package?
All packages include preparation and filing of required Egyptian tax returns relevant to your business type, such as VAT and corporate income tax. The Enterprise plan adds ongoing compliance monitoring for businesses with more complex or multi-entity structures.
Do you offer one-time bookkeeping cleanup services outside a monthly plan?
Yes, we offer one-time catch-up bookkeeping for businesses behind on their records, priced based on the number of months and transaction volume involved. This is often recommended before starting a monthly plan so your records are accurate going forward.
How is payroll processing billed?
Payroll processing is included in the Professional and Enterprise plans up to the listed staff count. Businesses with larger teams can request a custom quote, calculated per employee, added to the base monthly package fee.
What is included if I need to cancel my plan?
You can cancel with 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. We will provide copies of your bookkeeping records and filed tax documents completed during your subscription so your business retains a full financial history.
